THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS AND SUPPORTERS FOR MAKING 2011 ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL YEAR. OVER $200,000 WAS RAISED FOR THE HEART & STROKE FOUNDATION AND THE SOUTHLAKE FOUNDATION. HOW YOUR SUPPORT HELPS THESE CHARITIES... In 2012, the Heart & Stroke Foundation will be directing their funds from Polo For Heart to the Stroke Recovery Program at Sunnybrook Health and Science Centre, in Toronto. Southlake Regional Foundation will direct their funds to the purchase of a new MRI machine. This will be largely used by cardiac patients at the hospital, in Newmarket.
