Terms and Conditions:

  • In case of inclement weather or other Acts of Nature, Vendor is still liable for their financial portion of this agreement.
  • Management reserves the right to disallow the displaying and/or selling of merchandise that is not listed in your enclosed contract list.
  • In the event you are not selected as a vendor, your application package will be returned along with your payment.
